Refund Process

✔ To initiate a refund, contact us with your order details and reason for the refund request.
✔ Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
✔ After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
✔ Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

✔ We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
✔ To request an exchange, email us immediately after receiving the item.

Return Shipping

✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
✔ We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
