✔ Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
✔ Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3 business days 

  • International shipping may take [X-Y] weeks, depending on customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

✔ We currently ship to USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Austria, Australia, European regions, Asia
✔ Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations.

Order Tracking

✔ If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us.

International Shipping and Customs

✔ We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing.
✔ If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we may issue a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

✔ If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
